Terms of service for Tesla Wrap Designer

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tesla Wrap Designer (the "Service"), operated by LouisV Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tesla Wrap Designer is a web-based application that allows users to:

  • Create custom wrap designs for Tesla vehicles
  • Generate images with AI-powered tools
  • Save and manage projects in the cloud
  • Export compatible design assets

3. Accounts and Access

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Credits and Billing

The Service uses credits for AI generation and selected premium features.

  • Credits may be purchased through our payment providers (including Stripe or designated merchant-of-record partners).
  • Used credits are non-refundable except where required by law or our posted refund policy.
  • We may update pricing, packages, and feature access from time to time.

5. Free Tier Limitations

Free accounts may be subject to limits, including project storage limits and feature restrictions.

6. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

You must not upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or otherwise violates applicable law or third-party rights.

You acknowledge and agree that content generated using free credits will be publicly displayed in the Community Gallery. This may include generated images, design previews, titles/descriptions you submit, and related non-sensitive metadata. Public Gallery content may be viewed, shared, and downloaded by other users.

If you do not want content to appear publicly, do not use free credits for private or confidential material.

8. AI-Generated Content

AI outputs are generated automatically based on user prompts and may be unpredictable. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring your use does not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is original, accurate, or free from third-party claims.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Tesla Wrap Designer is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or security reasons.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
